Custom pieces

Custom designs typically take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be fully handcrafted and ready for shipping, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Made-to-Order Pieces — Please allow us 2 to 4 weeks after the order is placed for melting, casting & polishing.


Every piece is one of a kind and handcrafted in our studio in Brussels, Belgium.

Order process

Through the form, you can specify the details of your desired custom piece. Please provide the following information :

ring, bracelet, pendant, handmade chain necklace, ear piece, other object

+ Ring size / Wrist size

+ Material
silver, bronze, gold plated silver, gold

+ Budget
200 - 1000€+

+ Specific details / engraving

From there, we can discuss your project together and begin creating sketches to explore the design that suits you best. You’re welcome to share reference images, a moodboard, or even a story for inspiration.
You can also book an appointment at our Brussels atelier to see the pieces or try them on.

  • Shipping

    International shipping (additional shipping costs will be added)

    It is possible to pick up your order in person at our atelier in Brussels.

    An email with tracking details will be sent once your package has been dispatched.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Please note that exchanges are not available for unique commissions.

    Unique
    Due to the bespoke nature of unique, made-to-order pieces, returns or exchanges are not possible once a design and size have been confirmed. Prior to casting, you will receive images of the wax model for approval. Once validated, the piece enters production and can no longer be returned or exchanged.

    For pieces that are not custom-made and already exist, exchanges are accepted for a jewel of equal value.

    Pieces may be exchanged if returned in their original packaging and in mint condition within two weeks of delivery.

    If any damage occurs during delivery, please reach out promptly. The piece will be repaired.

  • The total price will be calculated once we have all the details of your order. I will ensure that we agree on the price before beginning work on your piece. A deposit will be requested once the order is confirmed. Deposits are typically 50% of the total price, though this may vary depending on the value of the order.

  • All pieces come with a three-month guarantee. If anything happens to your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us for advice or assistance. Please note that we cannot guarantee free repair or replacement.
