Shipping Information

• Ready-to-Ship Pieces — Jewelry available on our website will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Made-to-Order Pieces — Please allow us 2 to 4 weeks after the order is placed for melting, casting & polishing.

• Custom Pieces: Custom designs typically take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be fully handcrafted and ready for shipping, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Worldwide. Additional shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final price during checkout.

Taxes & Duties

• Shipments outside the EU : Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or transport fees incurred during delivery.

• Shipments within the EU : Prices include VAT.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for exchange if the item is returned intact, in its original packaging, and within two weeks of delivery.

• Custom or Commissioned Pieces : Custom-designed or unique pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a design and size have been confirmed, and the wax model approved, the sale is final.

Exchange Options

• Exchanges are not available for unique commissions due to their bespoke nature.

• For non-custom pieces that already exist, exchanges are accepted for a jewel of equal value.

• Pieces must be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition within two weeks of delivery.

In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. The piece will be repaired at no cost to you.

Warranty

• All pieces come with a 3-month guarantee. If an issue arises during this period, please contact us for assistance.

• Post-Warranty Repairs: If your jewelry requires repair after the guarantee period, you may still contact us for advice or assistance. Repairs or replacements beyond the warranty period may incur a fee.
