  • Custom Pieces: Completed within 2–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

5.2 Shipping Notifications
Tracking information will be emailed once your package has been dispatched.

5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping is available worldwide; additional costs are calculated at checkout.

5.4 Local Pickup
Orders may be collected in person in Brussels or Antwerp.

5.5 Taxes and Duties
For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 General Policy
We aim for your satisfaction but understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

6.2 Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted for pre-existing pieces if returned intact, in original packaging, and within two weeks of delivery.

  • Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you approve the wax model for casting, the sale is final.

6.3 Exchanges

  • Pre-existing pieces may be exchanged for a piece of equal value.

  • Pieces must be in mint condition and returned in original packaging.

7. In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Repairs will be arranged at no cost to you.

8. Warranty

8.1 Standard Warranty
All pieces include a 3-month guarantee. If any issue occurs within this period, please contact us for support.

8.2 Post-Warranty Repairs
Repairs or replacements after the warranty period may incur a fee. Advice and assistance are always available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Élise Deubel webshop—including images, logos, text, and designs—is the property of Élise Deubel and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
